RTBS Medicare Concierge 

We have successfully created a Medicare Concierge service. This service help assist those currently enrolled in Medicare or upcoming recipients. The purpose of the service is to assist those in the prime of their life, with education and support about being a Medicare recipient and how to utilize the insurance. We have created great relationships with those on Medicare and successfully provided them with the help they needed and more. This service is different to US,  for it is weighed more dear to our life purpose. For we credit ourselves to being a team of integrity and compassion with all that we do but our Medicare clients are our most ""prized possessions", my God-Mother would say.  Meaning,  we feel that God has trusted us to serve those in their senior age with great support, gentle instructions, diligent communication and connection. We truly enjoy having our clients and this is a sacred service to us, our special gift here at RTBS. 

Our Concierge Services includes:

• Assistance with finding the BEST MEDICARE coverage and enrolling

• Finding providers such as (PCP, Specialists, Dentist, Eye Doctors, etc.)

• Creating appointments

• Assisting with travel arrangements* (if policy include travel)

• Our clients can call us over customer service

• Education about Medicare, Medicare Coverages, how to maximize benefits.  

• Getting assistance with Part B or extra help to pay for Part B and medications.

• We're available all year long.

• We help with home health, skilled nursing services, Medicaid, extra help (LIS) and much more...
